Extending 32 miles along the Patapsco River, this park is the largest in Maryland and worth exploring. Perfect for spending a day hiking, fishing, canoeing, or mountain biking, this park is a great way to get outside and enjoy the outdoors, even if just for a picnic.
After you’re done being outside, head on over to the B&O Ellicott City Station Museum.
The Ellicott City Station is the oldest surviving railroad depot in America and one of the oldest across the globe! Built in 1831, this historic place can still be enjoyed by visitors today. Come learn all about the railroad history of Baltimore.
If you’re traveling with kiddos, then nothing beats a stop at Ellicott City’s Clark's Elioak Farm.
This seasonal petting farm is a great way to spend time outdoors, letting the kids have a little fun. Open from late March through early November, guests will have access to the petting farm animals, cow train, fairy forest, wagon rides, and so much more. There is even a roadside market, and food stand with tons of farm-fresh food!
You’ve probably worked up an appetite, so we have a great place to quell your hunger pangs - The Trolley Stop.
The Trolley Stop is a historic spot in Ellicott City in a building from 1833 that serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and more. Serving up delicious burgers, cold beer, fried eggs, and beyond, this is the place to come to get full any time of day.
