This place is practically the polar opposite of a stuffy art museum. The yard is the property of Sam Granger, also known as SamG, a folk artist who devotes his life to making unusual pieces of art that make people smile.
The property's three acres are open to the public, and if you're lucky, you might even get a personal tour from SamG himself.
SamG's studio is located on the property - it's pictured below, and has many of his masterpieces decorating the exterior.
Folk art is a unique genre of art from self-taught artists who each have their own distinctive style. SamG is truly a master at what he does.
You can even catch a glimpse of the World's Largest Grit at SamG Land!
Follow the Nature Trail that extends through the woods behind the property and you'll see even more bits of art.
This is certainly a unique hidden gem art museum that's unlike any other in Georgia.
