Some people might prefer to have major changes in the weather, but we think the year-round warmth really just means it’s one of the best places to enjoy a road trip no matter the season. Since The Sunshine State has so many wonderfully scenic spots worth going to see, we’ve come up with a road trip that will delight you whether it’s winter or summer. There's nothing better than seeing all the most scenic places in Florida in one trip!

The entire road trip takes about 525 miles to complete and around 10.5 hours of travel time. Trust us, the drives are worth it for the amazing places you will get to experience. If you’re going to stop at each one, then you might want to allow more time for that and maybe even turn this into the ultimate three-day weekend road trip. 1. Pier 60 - Clearwater Beach

Let’s kick off this road trip to stunning Florida scenery with a stop at one of the best piers on the Gulf side of Florida. Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach is a place where locals congregate to cast a line, visitors walk to watch a sunset, or pelicans swoop to find a soft spot to land. The pier offers a little something for everyone, so make sure to spend some time exploring each nook and cranny.

Come explore the always-exciting Mallory Square, pop in and out of bars and restaurants on Duval Street, and really immerse yourself in the laidback, tropical vibe.
