1. Fargo's (Colorado Springs)
For delicious pizza with a side of epic atmosphere (a la Victorian-era decor and seating for up to 500 pizza enthusiasts), Fargo's is the place to be, making it a no-brainer in terms of where to begin our road trip! Do you need another reason to visit? Fargo's offers 25 different kinds of homemade pies.
2. Bino's Pizza (Kiowa)
After visiting the big city, it's time to head to a charming small town for their take on pizza! Located in Kiowa, Bino's is your go-to for all things "Hot. Fresh. Delicious," including their gigantic traditional and specialty pies (like the pictured Cow Puncher with brisket, mushrooms, onions, and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses).
3. Flying J Truck Stop (Aurora and Limon)
Delicious pizza from a truck stop... is there such a thing? Believe it or not, there is, thanks to the expansive Flying J Truck Stop and its pizzas by the slice or the pie. Our favorite part? The braided crust!
4. Beau Jo's (Idaho Springs)
You didn't think we'd have a pizza road trip without stopping at Colorado's very own Beau Jo's, did you? Located in Idaho Springs (plus Fort Collins, Evergreen, Arvada, Longmont, and Steamboat Springs), Beau Jo's specializes in Mountain-style pies with thick and dippable crust and always fresh toppings.
5. NY's Original Pizza (Broomfield)
Colorado-style pizza is obviously our favorite; however, even we must admit that the New York-style pizza from NY's Original is pretty darn crave-able.
6. Totally 80's Pizza (Fort Collins)
It's a pizzeria! It's an 80's museum! It's a totally tubular dining experience! Whether or not you were an 80's kid, you are guaranteed to love your visit to Totally '80s, thanks to not only the rad ambiance but also the gnarly pizza selection.
