The Georgetown Loop Railroad showcases two different holiday-themed train excursions and you are definitely going to want to climb aboard.

Santa's North Pole Adventure is a delightful daytime ride accompanied by Santa Claus and his helpers.

Don't worry about staying warm as you wind through the snowy Rocky Mountains for this one hour (round trip) ride, all of the festively decorated coaches are enclosed and heated.

Adults and children alike will be thrilled to have the opportunity to chat with Santa during the ride, and children ages twelve and under will cherish the souvenir bell he gives them.

Santa's Lighted Forest Ride is the evening experience and features lighted trains and trees along the way.

On this ride, passengers will experience a spectacular light show set to synchronized holiday music as they travel through the forest above Georgetown.

After viewing the lighted forest, return to the warming tent and depot for hot chocolate and holiday cookies and a chance to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

These holiday train rides begin departing on November 18th and end December 31st.
