The first Frank Gehry-designed restaurant that will offer fine dining on the East Coast, the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s newest restaurant Stir is blowing everyone away. The 76-seat restaurant is one of many changes to come to the museum, featuring a gorgeous flowing sculpture made of douglas fir that floats above the restaurant. The restaurant’s exquisite menu will focus on seasonal dishes and farm-to-table style meals like roasted Jersey peaches, corn bisque, seared scallops and more.
