Stuff Your Face And Eat All You Can At The Salt Lick BBQ In Texas
Barbecue is an integral part of the Southern food pyramid, and The Salt Lick is arguably the most iconic joint in the Lone Star State. Most people don’t know this, but the legendary Texas eatery has an all-you-can-eat barbecue option that lets you stuff your face ’til your heart (and stomach) are content. Who’s hungry?

Since 1967, the family-owned eatery has been slow-smoking its meats over hot coals, and it's said that you can smell the mouthwatering aroma from miles away.

A carnivore's dream come true, the pit is loaded with brisket, sausage, ribs, and several other types of meat - all high quality cuts, of course.

Luckily, the restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat option, so there's no need to pace yourself.

Bread, pickles, and onions are also available upon request. The price is just $9.95 for children 11 and under, and ages three and under eat free.

You can order a plate with the meat(s) of your choosing, instead. Smaller portions are offered for those over 60 and under 11 years old.

Pickles and onions are available upon request, and you can add sides for $2 more.

Don't even think about skipping dessert! Their pecan pie is absolutely out of this world, as is the chocolate version. Blackberry and peach cobbler are also on the menu, plus bread pudding on Sundays.
Visit the restaurant’s website or Facebook page for more information, such as current business hours and a full menu.
