One common thread you'll find across all small-town Texas restaurants is excellent service. Southern hospitality is in our blood, and New York Hill is no exception! Everything you love about Texas BBQ can be found here at Southside. Friendly waitstaff, a no-frills atmosphere, and meat so tender, juicy, and flavorful that you'll need about four plates and an entire roll of paper towels before it's all said and done. They're only open Friday-Sunday, but they certainly make the most of that small window of opportunity.
