This new restaurant just opened last month, but it’s already taking the city by storm with its mouthwatering, fully-loaded dogs. Even if you’ve had gourmet hot dogs before, you’ve never had them quite like this. That’s why RockerDogz Gourmet Street Dogs is the first restaurant of its kind in Texas.

RockerDogz first opened in 2011 as a gourmet hot dog cart where San Antonians could grab a late night bite.

In September, they expanded into a brick-and-mortar location on the Alamo City's south side. You'll find the restaurant on Roosevelt Avenue.
Let's take a look at the menu, which consists of hot dogs loaded with unique toppings you've probably never seen at any other restaurant. The "El Chicano" dog is loaded with borracho beef chili, melted queso, caramelized onions, pico de gallo, green salsa, and crema.

It's bold and zesty, with each bite lighting up your taste buds like never before. You won't want to stop eating when it's all gone!
If you like over-the-top, explosive flavor, the "Thai Kick Boxer Dog" is the way to go.

Pickled serranos, red cabbage, cilantro, mint, basil, and carrots are all piled on an all-beef hot dog and perfectly toasted bun. Next, the whole thing is drizzled with mustard, a sweet chili glaze, sesame lime vinaigrette, and sriracha.
