The treehouse was constructed entirely from salvaged timber by the owner (and one of the hosts), and the craftsmanship is impressive.

The house sits on 150 acres of peace and quiet.

All you'll hear is the babbling brook and the sound of the happy birds.

The interior is rustic but cozy, with all the basic amenities you'll need for a great time.

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a toasty fireplace and coffee, tea, and S'mores. While the treehouse doesn't have a full kitchen, it does have cold water, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, bottle openers, and coffee cups.

The comfortable seating area, which is TV-free to allow for more reading and conversations, has an extra-large sofa that's comfortable enough to sleep on.

There's also an air mattress for extra guests. And while this place remains largely off the grid, it does have WiFi.

Head upstairs to the inviting sleeping area with the soft king-sized bed.

This is the perfect couple's escape, but there's plenty of space for four guests.

The back deck has a grill, so you can cook your dinner in the fresh air.
