If you're up for a brunch adventure, bundle up and head to Snowbasin Resort. You'll find the resort in the Ogden Valley at 3925 Snow Basin Rd., Huntsville, UT 84317.

Once you get to the resort, you'll need to take the quad lift up the mountain. If you're there to ski or board, you'll use your ski pass, but if you just want the waffles, get the sightseeing pass. It's just $12 on weekdays and $15 on weekends, and get you two rides on the lift.

The last time you drove to your favorite waffle house, did you have views like this? This is truly a waffle experience unlike any other.

At the top of the lift, you'll arrive at the John Paul Lodge, a cozy little rock-and-timber building with views of the entire valley.

Step inside and warm up in front of the huge fireplace...

...then check out the view from the dining room.

The lodge faces Mount Ogden, and if you're dressed warmly, you can even eat on the deck.

The Belgian waffles at the John Paul Lodge are simply divine. They're served daily from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and there are five different versions to choose from.

Different toppings include strawberries, blueberries, peanut butter, sliced bananas, cinnamon butter, apple compote, Nutella, cream cheese, chocolate sauce, and more.

Some of these waffles might seem more like dessert than brunch... but we won't tell if you won't.

There's just nothing in the world like eating a Belgian waffle on a deck overlooking the snowy Utah mountains.

If you'd rather sleep in a little later, head to the John Paul Lodge for lunch. The burgers and sandwiches are also delicious.

Make sure to bundle up for this brunch so that you'll enjoy the scenic chairlift. The John Paul Lodge serves breakfast and lunch from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
