I’ve discovered a simple cabin in Berlin, Ohio, that offers this exact escape, complete with plenty of space to unwind and no shortage of scenery. But that’s not even the best part. As part of your stay, you’ll get to experience the farm’s resident animals, including goats, chickens, and cows. And it's every bit as adorable as it sounds.

When the stresses of daily life begin to tip the scales, there's no better time to book a getaway. And chances are, you're not looking for more activities but a healthy dose of peace and quiet. Enter: an Airbnb farm stay. With enough space to accommodate six guests, this charming cabin features two bedrooms with three beds and one-and-a-half baths. The place has been completely renovated, but still retains that classic country charm with a decidedly modern twist.

There’s lots of natural light, sleek finishes, and plenty of places to sink into a cozy seat. My favorite part of the house is the lofted bedroom, a cozy space with lots of personality. The vaulted ceilings, traditional rug, and lanterns hanging from an exposed wood beam give this a homey yet contemporary feel—a difficult balance to strike!

The outside is where this place truly shines. Guests are invited to interact with the farm animals as often as they wish. In fact, you’ll even be given free goat feed! During warm weather months, typically between April and October, you can even spot chickens and goats roaming in front of the cabin.

Imagine waking up in the morning, brewing a perfect cup of coffee, and enjoying it out on the front porch as you gaze out at the farm and adorable animals. It's Ohio's Amish Country at its finest, complete with world-class hospitality. “This spot was more than I had hoped. Being introduced to the rolling hills of Ohio, the vibrant Mennonite community, while staying in a place whose vibe rivals that of Chip and Joanna Gaines, I only wish I had more time. Beds were comfortable, climate control was perfect. Had all the things we needed for a meal in. The animals were a fun touch. Will definitely look to book here again.”
