Inside the Experience or Stay: Features, Atmosphere, and Highlights

You are welcome to bring some snacks to feed the cows. They love bananas, celery, cucumber, carrots, and apples! Cows are vegetarians, so basically any fruits or veggies will be welcomed, and they will show you how to feed them. 

There are a few different ways to interact with the cows, depending on your level of comfort. Visitors can interact with them safely through a fence, and there is also a small cow area with young calves that love attention. The cuddle pen is for those who want to fully lean into the experience and cuddle with these big, beautiful creatures. The sanctuary also provides brushes so you can give them those extra good scratches. 

The barn is covered, so this experience takes place rain or shine. There is no dress code for footwear, but I’d recommend wearing closed-toe shoes anytime you’re visiting a farm.
