The Waubeeka Family Campground May Just Be The Disneyland Of New York Campgrounds

Family campgrounds can be hit-or-miss. Maybe there's not enough to entertain the kids. Or maybe there's not enough to entertain the adults. It's a tough balance to strike, making sure there's enough for campers of all ages to enjoy themselves to the fullest extent. One family campground in New York that manages to do just that is Waubeeka Family Campground in Copak. Whether you're there for one of their many special events or just a regular weekend camping trip, your entire family is sure to have a blast.

Waubeeka offers RV hookup sites, tent sites, and cabins available for rent. For those needing extra luxury, there are deluxe cabins and cottages available that contain dishes and a grill.

Kids will be absolutely enthralled here! There's a playground, giant jumping pillow, mini golf, volley ball, an arcade...the fun things here are way too numerous to list!

There's a large swimming beach with a great area set up for water play. Paddle boats and kayaks are both available for those who would rather be on the water than in it.

And, of course, you always have the option to sit and chill by a fire pit and let the kids go off and play!

There are a variety of weekly events that occur regularly, like candle making and ceramics making classes. But there are also many special events held throughout the year.

Themed weekends include chili and macaroni and cheese cookoffs, country western weekend, carnival weekend, wet n wild weekend, and many more!
