This Snowy New Mexico Cabin Is the Coziest Winter Escape

Whether it's an adventure or a secluded getaway you're looking for, rent a large mountain cabin in Angel Fire that has it all.

Ah, don't you just love winter? While the season isn't everyone's favorite, what I happen to love is how quiet and peaceful it can be, especially after the holidays. And sometimes an escape to a snow-covered cabin in New Mexico is all you need for a winter getaway. Tucked away in the mountains, Angel Fire is known as a ski village complete with slopes, snow tubing, and terrain parks.

Whether it's an adventure or a secluded getaway you're looking for, there's a large mountain cabin in Angel Fire that has it all. This wintery cabin with a wraparound deck sits on a small hill surrounded by 3 acres in the Angel Fire Resort/Country Club community in town. While each season here brings its own activities and experiences, the village truly shines during the colder months. And I think you'll love it here this winter!

When renting the Mountain Chalet, whether for a weekend or week-long getaway, you will have luxurious accommodations for up to seven guests. The home has a primary bedroom with a California king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed with a twin bunk above, and a third bedroom with a twin bunk.

On a cold day, you may want to set a fire in the gas fireplace and curl up on the couch with a cozy blanket. This is where I would be, along with a cup of hot chocolate and a book... the perfect lazy afternoon activity during winter!

Open to the living room is the gourmet kitchen with a dining table, barstool seating at the counter, and stainless steel appliances. While you can always head into town to dine at restaurants like Mi Cocina Mexicana or Summit Haus, you'll have the option to cook at home.

Whether you spend the day at the Mountain Chalet or if you're coming home from the ski slopes, spending time in the hot tub is a must! Located on the large deck that wraps around the home, you can soak and relax with views of the trees during the day. And at night, hopefully, the sky will be clear enough for stargazing.

A winter getaway sounds like a good idea to me. What better way to recharge after the holiday season and enjoy some peace and quiet alongside outdoor adventure in Angel Fire? Do you plan on taking a ski weekend to Angel Fire this year? If you do, book a getaway at this snow-covered cabin in New Mexico that seems to have it all!
