A wildly good time awaits at McClain Resort! The resort is home to an array of wildlife, which can be viewed in a couple of different ways. But you can do more than view the resort’s menagerie of animals. You can also have up close encounters with the wildlife, particularly the giraffes. Take a look:

Located in Brandon, McClain Resort encompasses 2,000 acres and boasts amenities that appeal to all ages.

In addition to several restaurants, a farmers market, and general store, the grounds include a safari park.

The 60-acre safari park is home to nearly 30 exotic species from around the world.

There are a couple of options for touring the safari park. You can take a wagon tour, book a private tour, or drive your own vehicle through the safari park.

Regardless of which tour you embark on, you’ll be able to feed the animals. But there are more ways to interact with the animals than the safari tour.

A visit to the petting zoo is included with all safari tours. What’s more, McClain recently started offering the Giraffe Feeding Experience.

As the name implies, the new safari add-on gives you the chance to get up close and personal with giraffes.

For just $5 per person, you’ll get to feed McClain’s giraffes from the feeding platform, which is practically guaranteed to result in lifelong memories.
