Express Suites Riverport Conference & Event Center is a busy hotel and event center in Winona, Minnesota. It's a popular place for large meetings, conferences, and even weddings.

From the outside, the hotel looks like a nice, yet unassuming, place to stay. Step inside the lobby and you'll find the same. The hotel is clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly.

Like many nice hotels, there are plenty of amenities to be had here, including an indoor pool, plenty of meeting spaces, a tasty restaurant and bar, and a continental breakfast.

Most of the rooms follow suit with the rest of the hotel. They are comfortable and packed with just about everything you'll need for a good stay. You cannot go wrong in any room you choose here.

But there are a couple of rooms that stand out above the rest. In these rooms, you will find not beds but classic Chevy cars. One room has a bright red '57 Chevy that guests can sleep in.

And the other has a shiny white '59 Chevy with the same sleeping setup. Both rooms are completely unexpected in this otherwise normal-looking hotel.

Every aspect of the room fits into the theme, from the color scheme to the checkerboard rugs and curtains...

...to the classic 1950s chrome details. This is a truly a unique place to spend the night. We highly recommend paying the Riverport Conference & Event Center a visit if you're looking for somewhere unusual to stay that you won't soon forget!
