This Cozy Michigan Airbnb Is Straight Out of a Hallmark Movie

Known as Veaux Pines, the home sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. In the primary bedroom, you’ll find a large king-size bed with a TV and blackout curtains (my personal favorite part of any bedroom!). The second bedroom provides two twin beds and a dresser. Additionally, all four guests can gather in the living room, where they’ll find plenty of space to spread out and play one of the board games next to the fireplace. I highly recommend heating up some hot chocolate and enjoying a few rounds of UNO next to a roaring fire or while watching a holiday film.

Furthermore, guests have access to a kitchen and dining area. Plus, there is a grill in the backyard if you’re feeling inspired to cook a bit outside in the great outdoors. For warmer winter nights, there’s a fire pit that overlooks a lake. The firepit's seating area is the perfect spot to put on your gloves, grab a warm beverage (glühwein, anyone?), and look up at the winter stars. My personal favorite element of this cozy Airbnb in Michigan is the covered hot tub. With sparkling string lights above and views of the forest surrounding you, it doesn’t get more picturesque than that. You’ll certainly feel like you’ve been transported to a home that feels straight out of a holiday flick. 

The owners of Veaux Pines like to remind guests that you are truly out in the woods, and encountering nature is part of the experience. Keep your eyes open for raccoons, deer, ducks, and all kinds of other critters during your stay. If you happen to visit during the warmer months, guests have access to kayaks and paddleboards. Those visiting the lake in winter will just have to enjoy the icy views with their feet firmly planted on shore.
