You could easily see yourself enjoying a leisurely swim in this stunning pool, right? But the amenities don't stop here, there's plenty to do at his lovely campground in Louisiana.

There’s plenty of activities for the little ones to enjoy, too.

The KOA is family-friendly and has several attractions the youngest of campers will love. The barrel train ride is always a hit with kids, as well as the jumping pillow.

There are cabins available to rent, but for a truly unique experience...

...consider renting one of the covered wagons!

Covered wagon camping is a hybrid between traditional tent camping and renting a cabin. You'll have electricity and a proper bed, but you won't have a typical kitchen like you would in a cabin, nor will you have your own bathroom. This is the only campground in the state that offers covered wagon camping, and it's easily one of the most unique camping experience you can have in Louisiana.

Each wagon has both a king and a set of bunk beds, so you can bring the whole family.

It’s surprisingly spacious, too!

These air-conditioned covered wagons also feature a mini-fridge, charging ports, electrical outlets, and all linens.

Just remember that there are no bathrooms in the wagon, those are located just across the driveway.

The views from your covered wagon are lovely.

The campground overlooks the Soda Lake Wildlife Reserve, a refuge for waterfowl and songbirds... and this one rubber ducky which is actually a pedal boat that you can rent.

Speaking of lakes, you can always pass the time by dropping a line in the lake and doing a little fishing in the fully-stocked pond.

Or take one of their paddle boats out for a spin! No matter how old you are, you won't miss an opportunity to ride around in a giant rubber duck.

In the evenings, fire up the grill and roast marshmallows over an open flame while listening to the symphony of sounds from the wildlife refuge nearby.

You might just see a shooting star!
