Scenic View Lodge in southern Indiana is a quintessential summer lodge known for its incredible views of the Hoosier National Forest and Lake Monroe. It features a fabulous restaurant and wonderful amenities that will make you want to vacation here year-round.

Within this 4,000 square-foot lakefront lodge, there are eight bedrooms, a large dining room, five full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a den. Guests will also enjoy a game room, an indoor jacuzzi tub, an outdoor hot tub, and a patio and play area.

All the outdoor areas offer immaculate views you won't want to miss. Rates run $565 per night for the entire lodge, which sleeps up to eight guests. Additional guests are $50 per night.

In addition to the lodge, there is also the Hoosier Hideaway, which has two bedrooms and many extended-stay amenities. April through October, you can also choose to camp with your RV or tent in the surrounding Charles C. Deam Wilderness.

On-site, guests will find the Scenic View Restaurant to satisfy all their dining needs while staying at this lakefront lodge. You don't have to be a guest here, though, to enjoy the eatery.

Brunch, lunch, and dinner are offered here. Morning meals consist of eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and other favorites. Dinner and lunch include salads, burgers, appetizers, sandwiches, and wraps.

This incredible scenic restaurant also offers delicious drinks, which are on special each night of the week. Enjoy beer, wine, and cocktails like mimosas and Bloody Marys.
