Admittedly, we're pretty into Miller Beach in the summer. Why not, though? We're not even sure what we love the most about this amazing house and all the goodies it's got hidden within. 8. August: Utopia, a 19th-century cabin right on Oil Creek - Derby

If you couldn't tell, we kind of have a thing for waterfront properties. They're awesome, so we really don't blame us. This cabin is another waterfront little getaway located on the banks of Oil Creek. It was originally built in 1849, though it was moved to its current location in 2019.
