Another option to stay is in one of two suites located on the second floor of the Main Inn, which was once a former historic general store and home to the shopkeeper. These elegant suites have more of a bed and breakfast feel to them than the cottages, but still allow for privacy.
A full gourmet country breakfast is served daily at the Old General Store, although you may choose to have it delivered to your cottage or suite to enjoy by the fire. What a lovely way to start the day!
Although relaxing is always an option here at the Inn, you may want to enjoy the great outdoors with a hike. Miles of trails on the property and close proximity to thousands of acres of conservation land make this one of the best spots in the area for hiking.
In the winter, guests may also enjoy cross-country skiing or snowshoeing on the property.
Country roads are another option for hiking and also biking. Guests may borrow bicycles from the inn to take along these roads or nearby bike paths that run alongside old railroad beds.
