This Rustic Cabin Campground In Hawaii May Just Be Your New Favorite Destination

The 10 one-room wooden camper cabins were recently refurbished with new flooring and beds, and can sleep up to four people. The 200-square foot cabins are home to one full size bed, and two twin beds (bunk beds).

Bed linens and towels are provided, and each cabin has an electric light and outlet.

Each cabin also has its own dedicated firepit and outdoor grill, perfect for grilling dinner and roasting marshmallows.

While there are no bathrooms in the cabins, visitors have use of the community campground facilities, including a renovated bathroom with hot showers and toilets.

These one-of-a-kind cabins are perfect for those who want to go camping without actually pitching a tent.

If these little cabins aren’t rustic enough for your taste, you can also rent a tent or bring your own at one of the 16 neighboring campsites.

Either way, Namakanipaio is the perfect destination from which to explore the phenomenal Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, home to one of the world’s most active volcanoes, Kilauea.
