That's right, this giant gingerbread house in Florida is 14-feet tall and it's filled with sweets you can buy!

Between the festive decor, the holiday music, and the Christmas spirit all around you, this is the place you want to be in December.

But there is also another reason why you should visit this Disney resort for the holidays—the life-size gingerbread house!!

This magnificent gingerbread house is a must-see if you’re in Orlando, as no Christmas would be complete without this unique display.

This larger-than-life house is 14-feet tall and calls for more than 1,000 pounds of honey, 800 pounds of flour, 600 pounds of chocolate, 600 pounds of powdered sugar, 140 pints of egg whites, and 35 pounds of spices to create.

The entire house is comprised of more than 5,000 individual gingerbread shingles, and takes nearly 400 hours of baking and 160 hours of constructing!

But what’s even cooler about this gingerbread house is that it’s also a sweets shop! That’s right, you can walk up to the house from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day and shop The Bake Shop inside.

The Bake Shop is always stocked with the best holiday treats, from the Gingerbread shingles to the S’mores cookies, caramel pecan fudge, chocolate peppermint bark, and more!
