Wyoming's unique lifestyle and quirks are humorously captured in 12 relatable memes.

Wyoming is definitely a state like no other, and the experience of living here is unique, to say the least. Most of the time, the exact things people from another state might scratch their heads over are the things we take the most pride in. Just to prove it, here are 12 funny memes about Wyoming that are so on-point, you might want to print them out and stick them on your fridge for a daily laugh.

1. We may have a lot of wide open space and the lowest population in the country, but we still know the frustrations of a morning commute.

Bison jams, bear jams, moose jams... they're the kind of traffic you might encounter way out here.

2. And speaking of those wide open spaces, we love 'em.

Take your crowds and cities elsewhere, please. We like our peace and quiet.

3. Why isn't common sense common outside of the Cowboy State?

It's always mind-boggling when news gets out about tourists mistaking bison for domestic animals or stepping off the boardwalks in Yellowstone. The rules are pretty clear-cut!

4. We're very patriotic. When the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security asks for our help, we step up.

We're also really into hunting.

5. Wyomingites value physical fitness as much as the next guy, but we don't necessarily need a gym membership for our workouts.

Hay day is the worst day of the year.

6. We love all kinds of music - country and western, classic rock...what else is there?

Hey, it's not our fault that we don't have reliable cell phone service to download our "Discover Weekly".

7. We're pretty glass-half-full over here.

There's only one way to make it through winter, and that's to look on the bright side.

8. We do what we want - it's all good!

We're pretty good at minding our own business and nobody's going to bother you if you don't bother them first.

9. No. Seriously.

People underestimate the Wyoming wind. It's ridiculous.

10. Don't hold your breath waiting for winter to be over.

And, on that note...

11. It's hard to feel bad about news reports of 200-car pileups in the South due to 1/2 an inch of snowfall when you have to dig a path to the barbecue that's only 3 feet from the back door.

I guess we're just more prepared for winter... even when it pops up suddenly in the middle of the summer.

12. Even though we're used to extended winters, that doesn't mean we're always happy about it.

However... those couple of weeks of summer where the weather is nice and the trails are breezy? That's worth all the snow and wind!
