There’s one thing I know for sure — people in New Orleans are very opinionated. So, I don’t know if there is anything that everyone in The Big Easy absolutely loves. But no doubt, there are some things that the vast majority of people who live here just can’t live without. Here are some of the best things about New Orleans. 1) Eating crawfish.

2) Spending as long as it takes to cook the perfect meal.

3) Hugs.

4) Low humidity.

5) Talking about the gaping potholes throughout the city.

8) Drinking during the day.
