Feast On Authentic Peruvian And Bolivian Food Inside An Igloo At Los Andes In Rhode Island
While this year has certainly had its share of things we hope not to take with us into the next one, there are a few things we can agree should stay (like takeout cocktails, for example). We’ve been seeing an increase in igloo dining in recent years, and we couldn’t be happier. The igloos at Los Andes are back for the season, so make your reservations and prepare to feast on incredible Peruvian and Bolivian cuisine.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

This eclectic eatery was named after the mountain range that runs through South America.

This is Pollo al Carbón, marinated and roasted Cornish hen with Andean spices, arroz a la jardinera, crispy Brussels sprouts, pancetta, chicha morada gastrique, and crema huancaina. Yum.

They're impossible to choose from, so you may want to have someone else do the driving.

The igloos are open for dinner daily from 5 - 9 p.m., by reservation only.

Plus, the full menu is available, and it's absolutely delicious.

This year may have been a bit of a roller coaster, but at least we can end it on a high (and tasty) note.
