There’s Always A Line Out The Door At This Teeny Tiny Café & Bakery In Pennsylvania
Hunger and patience usually don’t go hand-in-hand. (Thus, we’ve got the word “hangry,” right?) Well, sometimes that hanger can be dampened a bit when we know we’re in for a scrumptious treat. Like, say, some of the very best donuts in the state. Get ready to stand in line – which can sometimes snake out of the door – at this cozy cafe and bakery in Pennsylvania. (But don’t worry – the wait will definitely be worth it.)

Indulge in homemade donuts at Mamie's Cafe and Bakery. The cozy eatery, founded and run by Karen Leidy Wyland, originally began as a home operation.
However, Leidy Wyland's success at home was so great that she opened a satellite location. It wasn't until the untimely deaths of her husband and son, both from cancer, that she opened her current cafe and bakery in Martinsburg.
So, arrive at the bakery early to get your pickings of some of the delicious donuts. Choose from such scrumptious options as traditional glaze, maple bacon, or potato donuts.
Of course, you might want to start your visit with a hearty breakfast. Choose from such delectable dishes as French toast, pancakes, omelettes, and an assortment of breakfast sandwiches.
If you stop by for lunch, try the cafe's famous Reuben sandwich, made with homemade bread. Or, check out the other dishes, including egg salad, burgers, wraps, and subs.
Sink your teeth into freshly baked donuts Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Or, stop by for breakfast from 6 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. or lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
