Let's start our epic summer road trip at Colton Point State Park. You might even want to bring along a picnic. The park - along with nearby Leonard Harrison State Park - offers sweeping views of Pine Creek Gorge, more commonly known as The Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. Even if you don't feel like hiking, you can stop by one of the scenic vistas to admire the beautiful views of the natural wonder. If you are up for a hike that's challenging, follow the three-mile difficult Turkey Path Trail. It takes you to the bottom of the canyon and back up again. Our next stop promises relaxation and even more gorgeous views of the Pennsylvania landscape. Make reservations for a trip on the Hiawatha Paddlewheel Riverboat in Williamsport. The paddleboat will take you on a leisurely cruise along the Susquehanna River.
