A quaint West Mifflin eatery, Jim's Famous Sauce has been a favorite for nearly a century. It got its start, after all, in 1927.

While life has changed all around it in the last nearly 100 years, Jim's has largely remained the same - grilling its famous special dogs and smothering its sandwiches in that famous sauce.

Let's talk those special dogs. You can, of course, get a classic hot dog at Jim's, but you'll probably want to try the special dog instead.

It comes topped with American cheese, diced onions, and Jim's Famous Sauce, but that's not what makes it so special. After all the ingredients are put together, the dog is broiled until the cheese is a bubbly brown.

Jim's Famous Sauce also helps make one delicious ham barbecue - with or without cheese - sandwich, too.
