14 Restaurants In Oregon To Get Ethnic Food That’ll Blow Your Mind
Oregon is well known for its amazing food and award-winning restaurants. Here are 14 of the Beaver State’s many incredible restaurants that serve international cuisine, with everything from Bibim Bap to Falafel.

Kobe is a modern Japanese restaurant in Ashland with delicious sushi.

This amazing restaurant in Portland serves mainly Indian street food that will positively blow you away. Here's a photo of their delicious Vada Pav: a spicy potato dumpling fried in chickpea batter and served on a toasted bun with chutneys. This dish is especially popular in Mumbai.

Pok Pok is a thai restaurant in Portland spearheaded by Andy Ricker, who was named "Best Chef Northwest" in 2011. The restaurant was also included in The Daily Meal's list of "America's 25 Best Asian Restaurants" in 2014. Overall, this authentic Thai restaurant is delicious and amazingly unique. The most popular dish is probably Ike's Chicken Wings, which are absolutely mind blowing.
