12. Sisters Coffee Company
Sip your morning "cup of Joe" inside this lovely cafe in Sisters. The lodge-like building is very homey, you can even cuddle up next to the fireplace during the winter.

This wonderful community oriented Cafe in Portland serves amazing Water Avenue Coffee, healthy food, pastries, and unbelievably delicious pie.

Three Cups Coffee House in Astoria is located right inside the Columbia River Coffee Roaster building. The company roasts all sorts of single origin, direct trade coffees in blends or single origin roasts.

With locations in Cannon Beach, Beaverton, and Hillsboro, Insomnia makes coffee that they call "Coffee Snob Quality...without the attitude."

The humanitarian, community oriented company offers employment to adults with disabilities and donates a percentage of their profits to vocational and recreational programming for the disabled community. Plus, their coffee is delicious! My personal favorite is the Boom Boom dark roast.

Coffee Girl is a unique coffee shop located in Astoria on the Columbia River in a renovated cannery building--one of the oldest on the West Coast. Sit on the patio overlooking the water while you sip your delicious cup of coffee.
