Your Kids Will Have A Blast At This Little-Known Children’s Garden Hiding In Oklahoma
You’ve probably heard about Tulsa Botanic Garden but not many people know they have an extraordinary Children’s Discovery Garden hiding inside. This (almost) 2-acre garden is one of the coolest outdoor attractions to take children to for experience-based learning opportunities. If you you’re looking for a new place to take the kids where they’ll have a blast, keep scrolling to get all the details.
Tulsa Botanic Garden covers 170 acres just west of Downtown Tulsa at 3900 Tulsa Botanic Drive in Osage County. The Children's Discovery Garden opened in 2016 and has been delighting the faces of children ever since.
It's part of a larger attraction - Stream Valley - a round pond of water with fountains of spitting animals and an art wall where kids can paint with water.
...and Kid's Yoga. Who knew this hidden gem for kids was tucked away in this corner of northeast Oklahoma? I'm putting it on my list of places to take the kids this summer!

Another fun place to take the kids is to Bartlesville Kiddie Park – a miniature amusement park that has little rides just for them. It’s reasonably priced and has everything from a little roller coaster to boat rides. Check it out here.
