This Moderate, 2-Mile Trail Leads To Dundee Falls, One Of Ohio’s Most Underrated Waterfalls

Here in Ohio, there’s nothing like chasing waterfalls on a hot and sunny summer day. (Take a few minutes to check out this bucket list of Ohio waterfall hikes.) Although you’ve likely visited many of the popular and frequently photographed waterfalls in Ohio, there’s a lesser known waterfall hiding in the small town of Dundee. Beach City Wildlife Area in northeast Ohio is home to a lesser-known trail that leads to a underrated waterfall known as Dundee Falls. It’s a hidden gem that doesn’t get a lot of foot traffic—which just means it’s waiting for the serious Ohio explorers to find it.
