Hike Into The Forest To Walk Behind The Very Tall Picklesimer Rock House Falls In North Carolina
North Carolina quite literally has hundreds and hundreds of waterfalls that make delightful destination hikes. One of them, the very tall Picklesimer Rock House Falls, is found on a 1.2-mile out-and-back trail with a very small elevation gain – which means you won’t have to do a lot of strenuous work to get there.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
For more about the trail, including a map to guide your hike, see our friends at AllTrails.com.
