Ride An ATV Thru The Swamp And Then Explore 10 Ziplines And 3 Skybridges On This Adventure In North Carolina
Recently, we wrote about a combination train ride and zipline/skybridge excursion in the mountains of North Carolina and that information, alone, just about broke the Internet as people shared it profusely with friends and family. Well, today, we’re spreading the word about a similar excursion you can take on the COAST of North Carolina, only it involves ATVs combined with ziplining and sky bridges. Start making a list of people you’d love to have along on this fun adventure and then make it happen!
The adventure takes place at The Swamp Park near Ocean Isle Beach. Wear some old clothes, because you can get pretty dirty riding through the swamp!
ATV drivers need to be at least 16 years old and have a drivers license. Riders, however, only need to be 8 years old or at least 48 inches tall. Each ATV can accommodate up to two people, if you choose. Once you're finished with the swamp ride, you can double back to the The Swamp Park to go ziplining.
This fun adventure is one just about everyone in the family can enjoy. And don't worry if you've never be ziplining or ATV riding before. The folks at The Swamp Park will give a thorough orientation before your adventures begin. Your safety is their number one concern.
You'll pay for your two tours separately, as they are two different tours and not a combo. The pricing is $79 for the zipline adventure and $99 for drivers on the ATV tour. Riders on the ATV tour are $39.99 per person.
Depending upon the time of year… don’t forget the bug spray! Is this an adventure you’d add to your bucket list? Let us know in the comments if you’re interested in more things like this to do in North Carolina and we’ll explore the options and report back in.
