This Secluded State Park In New York Is So Worthy Of An Adventure

New York is a great place, but sometimes it can feel a little crowded. New York City is, of course, one of the most visited places in the world. Even natural attractions like Ausable Chasm and Letchworth State Park can get overrun with people in the busy season. If you’re looking for a little peace and quiet, there are plenty of secluded state parks in New York to enjoy. Highland Lakes State Park is one of our favorites. At over 3,100 acres, there’s plenty of room to explore, and it attracts less than 4,000 visitors a year, so you’ll have uninterrupted relaxation.

During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.
