Chase Down These 9 Mouthwatering Food Trucks In Buffalo
Four score and seven years ago (okay, maybe closer to seven), Lloyd Taco Truck was born and the history of food-on-wheels in Buffalo was forever changed. Since the first taco-mobile hit the pavement in Buffalo, dozens have since popped up throughout the city, enhancing the quality of lunch breaks and blessing tastebuds everywhere. If you’re looking for some good grub, we recommend you chase down these nine mouth-watering food trucks in Buffalo (in no particular order).

As we mentioned in the description above, this incredible taco truck is a Buffalo classic that kicked off the city's food truck trend - you'll simply have to taste it to believe it.

This Buffalo food truck is known for using the hashtags #gethooked and #getyourfishon, so be ready for both! Evolving from a fish-fry tent into a food truck, The Flaming Fish serves up items such as fish or shrimp tacos, sandwiches, quesadillas, and hoagies. We’ve been "herring" rumors around town that their coleslaw is delicious as well!

If you’re fixin’ for some cajun, geaux get yourself something from the Louisiana Cookery truck! Finding authentic Louisiana food north of the Mason-Dixon isn’t always easy, but these guys have perfected the Bayou State’s classics like crawfish étouffée, jambalaya, and red beans and rice with andouille sausage. If you want to add even more Louisiana to your dish, alligator steak bites are an addition $1. Now, if they could only add beignets to the menu...

The Tuk Tea Company truck is a refreshing take on the typical food truck. While they don’t serve actual food, you can find them cruising around town in their electric, three-wheeled Bankok-style taxi serving up both hot and cold teas. One of their biggest hits is the Iced Thai Tea. Try it out and let us know what you think!

It’s only natural that the latest sports bar in HarborCenter would also reign supreme outside the confines of their tv-clad walls. The (716) Club House truck’s menu features popular sandwiches from their regular menu, rotating on a regular basis to make sure everyone gets a chance to get their favorite on their lunch break.

A Buffalo classic – Chef’s now serves up their famous pasta dishes from their Chef’s On-The-Go food truck! The truck offers their most classic Italian entrees (you won’t regret ordering the spaghetti parmesan), sandwiches, drinks, cannolis, and seasonal desserts! But seriously… the spaghetti parm. So. Much. Cheese.

Speaking of cheese – isn’t it funny how we turn to foods we loved as kids to bring us comfort? The Cheesy Chick truck banked on this idea and we’re loving it! While grilled cheese sandwiches alone are awesome, Cheesy Chick puts grown-up spins on the classic sandwich to make them even better! There is also an option to build your own sandwich, wrap, or pita. Finish off your meal with a grilled Nutella.

Is there a better odd couple than chicken and waffles? Dirty Bird is one of the latest food trucks to hit the streets, and dare we say, one of the greatest too? Grab a classic Dirty Bird Chicken N’ Waffles or try something new with the Steak and Cheesy or "BBW" signature waffle sandwich dripping with BBQ sauce. Whatever you go with, you won’t be disappointed.

Breakfast, brunch, and brinner – there’s no excuse to skip breakfast when you can get it all day with the You Crack Me Up Truck! Specializing in turning classic breakfast foods into culinary creations, you can find items such as omelettes, breakfast burritos, and brunch style sandwiches to fuel your day...whether that’s at 7 a.m. or noon! The menu also offers items such as quiche and muffins.
