Some of the standout items at Kings of Kobe are the Let’s Tango, which is a Wagyu hot dog with mango-jalapeno relish, lime mayo, crispy onions, and bacon bits, and the Sergeant Pepper, which is a whopping half a pound or one pound of a Wagyu patty along with Manchego cheese, Bibb lettuce, tomato, charred red onion, romesco sauce, and bread and butter pickles.
For those who want a bespoke experience, Kings of Kobe offers a build-your-own option. Visitors can choose from more than four dozen vegetables, cheeses, proteins, sauces, relishes and more conventional toppings.

All burgers—like our favorite, the Cheeseburger Rex, which features asiago cheese and double applewood smoked bacon—can be ordered as a half pound or a full pound.
