They are processed in-house and crafted in small batches into chocolatey masterpieces. The chocolate-makers here specialize in matching each chocolate batch with quality ingredients that enhance the natural flavors.
Among the sweet treats, you'll find here are luxurious chocolate bars made of cacao nibs, cocoa butter, and cane sugar, plus the occasional fancy topping, like freeze-dried raspberries.
You can even make an adventure of it and opt for a chocolate tasting, where you can sample and better understand the flavor profiles of several different chocolates.
