This is the Garden State, so you can expect some incredible gardens. Big and small, we’ve got them all! From North to South, we have so many beautiful gardens, it is impossible to make an exhaustive list. The following are some I have visited and enjoyed, I hope that you will as well!
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
It is too difficult for me to choose just one favorite, though I do have a list of three must-sees. I’m personally drawn to the vibrant colors of the Rutgers and Skylands Gardens, and adore the atmosphere at Grounds For Sculpture. However, more subdued hues may be for you – each of these spots offer an incredible outdoor experience. Of course, we can’t forget about all the other amazing gardens in New Jersey, share your favorites in the comments! I would love to check them all out!
