You Can Make Your Own Incredible Pancakes At This New Hampshire Cafe

Griddle in the Middle is one of the quirkiest restaurants you've ever been to, and you'll see that as soon as you arrive.

Walk in and you'll notice that each table has a metal griddle in the middle (as the name suggests!) You'll use the griddle to cook your own pancakes and omelettes.

You can choose from all of your favorite toppings, ranging from candy to fruit. And of course you'll control exactly how much each pancake gets!

One of the best things about the concept is that you can form the pancakes into whatever shape you want - like this adorable elephant.
