In New Hampshire, getting outside isn’t just something you do for exercise. It’s a way to find peace, quiet and yourself. Getting outside has myriad benefits, but being fit is just one of them. Most importantly, it offers a way to remember our place in the world. And, nothing does that more than finding yourself at the top of a peak and looking down at all that lies below.
