The manifestation of "small but mighty," this gorgeous park is famously home to one stunning stretch of the Niagara Escarpment rock formation. Towering, 25-foot-tall cliffs encircle Wequiock Creek, showcasing the stunning striation of dolomitic limestone. Interestingly, this type of rock is more hardy than typical limestone, enabling it to endure freeze cycles more effectively. As a result, it's less likely to quickly erode, meaning the winter view you get during your visit is likely comparable to the same splendor early settlers experienced.

To visit the park's rock formation, you'll hike a 0.2-mile trail that takes an average of five minutes to complete. While the rocks are easy to spot, the crown jewel of this section of the park is an incredible waterfall that trickles down that 25-foot drop into Wequiock Creek.
