Most People Don’t Know This Washington Zoo And Adventure Park Even Exists

Northwest Trek Wildlife Park in Eatonville offers a unique experience with native wildlife and adventure activities for all ages.

If you love wild animals, you've probably been to Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma and Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo. You may even have visited our adorable kangaroo farm. But if you have children in your family (or you're a kid at heart), you must experience Eatonville's Northwest Trek Wildlife Park.

Northwest Trek Wildlife Park is located at 11610 Trek Dr E. in Eatonville.

The park is dedicated to conservation, education and recreation through native wildlife here in the PNW -- and it's amazing to experience.

The park has a 435-acre free roaming area for Roosevelt elk, bison, moose, caribou, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, deer, and swans to enjoy their days.

Take the Discovery Tram Tour for a chance to see the beautiful wildlife up close.

Stop and have a picnic lunch -- don't worry, the bears usually won't join you.

Take your little ones to the Kids' Trek, an adventure playground inspired by nature.

Older adventurers will love the Zip Wild area, which consists of five zipline challenge courses.

Soar along each section of zipline, then walk or climb over the barriers in between.

Northwest Trek also has special sections for cats, canines, bears, and birds.

Cougars, bobcats, lynx... you name it.

Have you ever been to Northwest Trek? It's a great place to head when you're feeling adventurous in Washington.
