Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center in East Thetford, Vermont is the place to go if you'd like to pick fresh flowers. From July through September, visitors are welcome to bring their own containers and scissors so they can create their own arrangements. Keep in mind that the cost of putting a bouquet together depends on the amount and type of flowers you pick.
