Here Are 12 Ways You Know It’s Fall In Utah

Labor Day is over and you might think that it's fall here in Utah. But maybe you're not sure? In the Beehive State, it can by tricky to tell exactly when fall starts. Officially, fall starts on September 22nd, just a couple weeks from now. In case it still doesn't feel like fall, here are a few helpful hints.

1. You find yourself spending a long time looking at goats, cows and pigs.

The Utah State Fair runs September 7th through 17th. Wear your shorts and t-shirts and bring your sunscreen.

2. Mother Nature starts teasing you with temperature fluctuations.

We have two or three days of 75-degree weather, then the temperature goes right back up to 90 degrees. It's definitely fall.

3. You wore these yesterday, but your feet got all sweaty and everyone was giving you funny looks...

...so you put these back on.

Wait til it snows, then you'll need the cute boots.

4. Speaking of sweaty, we know you want to wear those cute sweaters.

No, it's not going to snow for months. But now's the time to pick up your annual pass at a discount.

11. You'll want to visit this ski resort before it snows, anyway.
