Why You Definitely Should Not Be Dreading Winter in Utah
It’s supposed to snow in the Salt Lake Valley this week. If you’re like me, you’re feeling a little tiny bit of dread. Winter in Utah can be cold, slushy and grey, but it’s not always that way. Let’s remember just how great our state is...even in the winter. These photos might make you feel a little bit better.
1. Pine trees look amazing covered in snow.
2. You can't beat dinner at a yurt.
3. Bryce Canyon’s hoodoos have more definition and depth with a dusting of powdery snow.
4. Soup in front of a warm fire.

6. The crunching sound your boots make when you walk through the snow.
7. Watching your kids (and dogs!) romp in the snow.

9. New adventures await.
10. Hot chocolate. With whipped cream.
