Triple-digit temperatures are on their way to the Beehive State... what are your plans to cool off? Grab your swimsuit and a towel and head to one of these nine refreshing natural pools in Utah.

1. Lower Calf Creek Falls

You'll find Lower Calf Creek Falls in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, along Highway 12 between Boulder and Escalante. Park at the Calf Creek Falls Campground and take the 2.7-mile-long hike to this gorgeous waterfall. The pool below isn't super deep, but it usually has enough water for splashing around.

2. Fifth Water Hot Springs

A 2.5-mile hike takes you to these gorgeous hot springs in Diamond Fork Canyon, southeast of Spanish Fork. The waterfall is cold and refreshing, and the soaking pools are all different temperatures, so you can choose your favorite.

3. The Homestead Crater

The Homestead Crater is hidden inside a 55-foot-tall limestone rock, and it's the perfect place for scuba diving, snorkeling or just splashing. You'll pay $13 to $16 to swim here, but it's a unique spot you won't want to miss. The Homestead is located at 700 N. Homestead Drive, Midway, UT 84049.

4. Red Cliffs Recreation Area

Located near Washington, Utah, the Red Cliffs Recreation Area is a great place to spend an entire day exploring. Take the Red Reef Trail to find this pretty little waterfall and natural waterslides. It's hidden away in a little canyon that even provides some welcome shade.

5. Toquerville Falls

This swimming hole is in a remote part of the state, just north of Toquerville. You'll definitely need a four-wheel-drive vehicle to reach it, but once you do, you'll be amazed by this gorgeous, three-tier waterfall with an excellent swimming hole. 6. Mill Creek, Moab

The Mill Creek Trail in Moab is an easy 3.5-mile trail that takes you to a gorgeous waterfall with a clear pool below. This pool isn't very deep, especially during hot summer months, but it's got plenty of water to cool you off.

7. Burraston Pond/Mona Rope Swing

This popular pond in Mona is a perfect place to hang out with friends, swim, and jump from platforms or swing on the rope swing. You'll find the pond in Mona, which is about 30 miles south of Provo. Check out our article about this great swimming hole here.

8. Lower Pine Creek Falls

Visit Zion National Park to find Lower Pine Creek Falls. It's a pretty, 10-foot-tall waterfall with a pool below, and you'll find more little swimming holes downstream. This little gem is well worth finding on your next trip to the park!

9. Provo River

Take a float trip down the Provo River for a scenic adventure that will keep you nice and cool. If you start just below the Deer Creek Reservoir Dam and hop out at Vivian Park, the trip will take about five hours to complete.
