We're all waiting for it. I don't think anyone can go through a summer in South Carolina and not wish for the cooler days of fall. Unfortunately, fall doesn't last long enough for some of us. It seems that it pops up and is gone before we even get to enjoy it. That's South Carolina weather for you! I believe that the Upstate has a longer fall that the low-country however, so if you're really itching to get into all the fall weather you can...go for a road trip! Here are 15 signs that fall is almost here in South Carolina. They are totally undeniable!

1. Dunkin' Donuts has brought "yummy" back...

with pumpkin flavored drinks and donuts of course!

2. Everywhere you turn...

you see pumpkin flavored EVERYTHING! Everybody is getting in on the action.

3. Fall decorations...

absolutely take over every shelf in the stores.

by the football mania that begins.

when the mornings are no longer suffocating and you may need a light jacket. I love those mornings.

6. All the clothes in the stores...

are made for cooler/cold weather. There's no turning back now!

Am I the only one who can tell when the seasons are beginning to change without looking at what the stores are up to? I swear you can smell the change in the air. I absolutely love the cooler mornings that come about and wish they would stick around, but South Carolina's weather is a tad unpredictable and it might be cool enough to wear a light sweater in the morning but you'll be pulling it off and hoping you have a short-sleeved shirt with you by noon!
